When I first moved to the Pacific NW from North Carolina I tried smoked salmon for the first time. I have always enjoyed cooking and good BBQ and have spent a good deal of my life working in the Food and Beverage industry. I was blown off my feet at how much better the Coho Salmon tasted here in Oregon than the Atlantic salmon I was accustomed to on the East Coast. I was especially impressed with the addition of the subtle smokey flavors the Pacific Cedar lent to the food.

My first smoked salmon experience was so good I was inspired to build my own smoker out of a wine barrel from a local winery to smoke my own fish and meats. That’s another story.

With our planks and wraps you won’t have to build a smoker to get the same results. Through a few happenstance meetings I met Jeff a California native who shared a passion for great food as well as a good dose of entrepreneurial spirit who in turn introduced me to his business partner and computer savvy, like-minded friend Randy. We put our heads together and decided to offer products that mirror a lifestyle with a focus on quality and regional ingredients. We have formed a connection with the products we offer and each one has had a part along our travels and experiences in everyday life.

We intend on showcasing and offering these products online to help support these gourmet products originating from passionate people. We intend on building on this list but you have to start somewhere right.
